In our new language, the words for "study" and "go to sleep" sound surprisingly the same. I think ol' Kevin here is experiencing the similarity personally.
Dustin's studied like that before. :) And our words for sleep and study sound very different. I think my husby might like it in your country! "Oops... I thought I WAS studying..."
I cannot tell you how many times in the past few weeks I have confused the two words for sleep and study when talking with our househelper. I do think I finally have it down, considering I use the two regularly. So glad you seem to be getting in both! Kelly J.
We've been rockin' out the ex-pat life in Asia since January of 2009. This blog is my feeble attempt at cultural musings and keeping those back home up-to-date with our adventures.

It's his own fault silly fellow! Studying in bed always puts you to sleep. It's like the field of poppies in Wizard of Oz...or something.
That's the Kevin I know and love!
One of my graduate students said, "Reading while laying down is called sleeping." I think Kevin sees the truth in that.
