Same, Same But Different

One of the perks of forgoing an epidural is that you get to tag along with baby to the nursery for his first bath.  Well, it was more like "hobble along" instead of "tag along," but you get my point.  Little Man got a scrub down and had his hairs did into a stylin' door-to-door salesman combover part.

It reminded me of not so very long ago when we had a first bath with our other buddies.

As they would say in Thailand, "Same, same but different."

Sooo sweet! I love that you and Kevin both have the "new parent" glow on each of your "new-boys-just-bathed" pictures! Hey Beck - what are your digits in America? Send me that and your addy too, when you get a sec. NO RUSH! :)

Yep. What do you bath your babies in? Our eldest was given a bath in Johnson& Johnson's Top to Toe in the hospital so that it my instant newborn smell. (Well, after the original goo smell is removed.) hugs.

Congratulations Becky and Kevin!!! J and I are smiling and smiling at the pictures and the story. Becky, you have a very high pain tolerance, what a mamma! Cannot believe your birth story. Oh, and J and I are laughing at our name combo, Hudson and Judson. So, so excited for you. What a blessing. Father is good! With love, Kelly J.
